shifting workplace taboos
Support through every Flow, Confidence in every Workplace
For those out of the blue moments
Our mission is to normalise menstrual care as a standard part of workplace wellbeing. We exist to shift outdated workplace norms by equipping employers with the tools, education, and resources needed to support periods with dignity, confidence, and care for all.
Equality
Awareness
Opportunity
“If it shows up at work, it should be supported at work.”
Our Values, Your Power
-
We believe that no one should have to compromise their well-being to do their job. In traditionally male -led industries where basic facilities are often lacking, women face real challenges managing their menstrual health safely and with dignity. By addressing these overlooked needs, we aim to create an environment where women feel seen, valued, and empowered throughout every phase of their cycle.
-
We drive open dialogue, shared understanding and thoughtful collaboration. We are committed to pushing industries forward by normalising conversations around workplace wellness and advocating for equitable, gender-conscious support in all environments. We create solutions that ensure all women, regardless of their environment, feel acknowledged, supported, and respected. Our kits are key in establishing a more progressive and equitable workforce.
-
By choosing consciously made products, we aim to reduce waste, minimise harmful chemicals, and promote sustainability, ensuring that we protect both our people and the planet. Our commitment to eco-friendly processes reflects our belief that health and the environment should be equally valued. We aim to help women stay prepared in the moment while reducing waste long-term.
-
Creating access where it’s been forgotten. Periods don’t pause for the workday, neither should support. Period poverty can lead to many women feeling stressed, anxious and vulnerable, jeopardising productivity and an equitable workforce. Our kits offer discreet and practical support so women can show up fully, focus without fear and thrive without compromise. Menstrual care is more than hygiene, it’s a tool for equality and empowerment in every workplace.
Flowaid Therapy Kit
As more women step into traditionally male, labour-intensive industries, the need for practical, on-the-ground menstrual care has never been more urgent. From mining and construction sites to remote fieldwork, many of these environments still lack basic hygiene infrastructure, leaving female workers without safe or reliable access to toilets, clean water, or period products.
Helping you flow toward success with an empowered workforce
More than just a product, Flowaid is a practical tool that leaders and teams can confidently reference and provide as part of their duty of care. It offers a clear, action-driven way to support female staff and set a new workplace standard for inclusion, wellbeing, and safety.
Unprepared:
The stories that drive us.
“I wear a tampon, pad & period undies to work and remove when I need, i’m left with the undies by the end of the day & take my rubbish back to camp”
“I told my leader I bled through and he offered to “make” me some undies”
“I had to embarrassingly grab tissues I had with me to stuff in my undies.”
“I completely bled through, lucky I work with mostly all females so I explained what had happened and it wasn’t embarrassing”
